Each Event can be tailored to the setting and need of the sponsor and audience.

The Atmosphere

We can set up the atmosphere to best suit the audience and mission.
The baseline Event includes:

  • Large High Definition Screen for video and slide show presentation
  • Sound equipment
  • Specialized lighting
  • Live or recorded music

The ODYSSEY TOUR is more of a theatrical production than a traditional speaker at a podium.

We utilize sound, lighting, and visuals to set the tone for story telling that brings the audience into the story, as if watching a play or a movie. The action, emotion, and adventure is brought to fever pitch as we all travel around the planet in a real world odyssey of life, death, and survival…failure and success.

Customize Your Event to Meet Your Logistical and Budgetary Need

Here are some ways you can customize your Event:

  • Additional speakers (other Navy SEAL’s)
  • Additional speakers (other Special Operations Veterans)
  • Additional Speakers (veterans of foreign wars- Vietnam, etc.)
  • Additional Speakers (civilian heroes – Doctors / Law Enforcement / Gold Star Families)
  • Live Music to accompany the stories / presentation
  • Music Options include: Violin, Cello, Acoustic Guitar, Rock
  • Limited Bar (Adult Audiences for a Sea Captain’s Toast at the end of the presentation)Event theme from peace or war / or combination of both.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Exclusive Underwriter: Book the Event to your specification and budget for your own audience. You will have full control over the location, layout, size of audience and atmosphere. Sponsorship fee varies based on size and scope of the Event.

Group Underwriter: You can join other like-minded organizations (between 3-5) to underwrite an Event for your organization or community. Sponsorship Fees will be shared equally between the organizations. This sponsorship option will allow for budget conscious organizations to benefit from the Event.

Professional/Trade Event Promotional Sponsorship

SEAL’s Odyssey Tour will be hosted at various trade expos and trade association convention/meetings throughout the country. If your organization is looking to reach a niche audience of potential clients and partners, these sponsorship opportunities are perfect to help you meet that mission and at the same time help provide a great learning and engaging experience for all participants.

Title Sponsor: (exclusive to one sponsor)

  • Logo placed in top position of all signage, web promotion and marketing materials
  • Sponsor will be branded as follows: SEAL’s Odyssey Tour (Location) Sponsored by (Sponsors Logo)
  • Sponsor’s Executive Leader will provide the opening remarks and introduction of Marc Lonergan-Hertel and any additional potential speakers.
  • Sponsor’s promotional materials will be handed out at Event check in
  • Sponsor will be able to send “thank you” follow up emails to all attendees of the Event.Sponsor will receive 20 signed copies of SIERRA TWO and 20 copies of ANGELS OF BAGHDAD to share with their team members or clients.

Patron Sponsors: (exclusive to five sponsors in addition to the Title Sponsor)

  • Sponsor’s logo placed on signage, web promotion and marketing materials
  • Sponsor’s materials will be placed at Event Check in for participants to take.

Public and Community Event Promotional Sponsorship

From time to time, we will be hosting a public event that will allow all interested persons to attend. These Events are perfect for promotional sponsors who would like to contribute to the community as well as advertise and promote their brand/organization.

Title Sponsor: (exclusive to one sponsor)

  • Logo placed in top position of all signage, web promotion and marketing materials
  • Sponsor will be branded as follows: SEAL’s Odyssey Tour (Location) Sponsored by (Sponsors Logo)
  • Sponsor’s promotional materials will be handed out at Event check in
  • Sponsor will receive 10 signed copies of SIERRA TWO and 10 copies of ANGELS OF BAGHDAD to share with their organization or clients.
